Projects Summary
Project Name: Development of a vacuum forming system for KYDEX® and other thermodynamic sheet
Description- Resulting attributes to vacuum forming system and KYDEX® were discovered after several
molding objects.
It was found that material heating stage is the most important stage amongst different process when using the prototype VFS.
If the material was heated too high a temperature it created a stick surface and
and proved to be difficult to work with when applied to mold
Conclusion – Overall the prototype vacuum forming system worked very well and is expected to with stand a higher number of operational cycles
Have an in depth knowledge of Mechanical Engineering principles and theories. Seeking for a challenging position as a Production Engineer, where I can use my planning, designing and overseeing skills in production and help to grow the company for achieve its goal.
