AES (Alfanar Electrical Systems) are one of the leading electrical items manufacturing group in Soudi Arabia. (Panel Board, MCB, Switch Accessories, Wire Factory & Toolroom)
Attainments:
Guided subordinates in making part programme in 3 axis co-ordinate measuring machine, Part scanning to make a drawing, Verify the part against the drawing by scanning in CMM.
Implemented SPC system.
Followed up the corrections, to meet the requirements of the customer and improve the quality level.
New project started for switches and accessories. There were 200 varieties of moulded components and 100 varieties of press tool components were produced for first set of project. All the tryout components were inspected and approved. During approval gave many feedbacks to R&D department to launch the project successfully. Suggested fixing tolerance for all the components. There was one major problem in fixing the housing with cover plate. Housing not seated properly. So that while doing switch on/off with little force, housing was coming out. R&D department came and asked me the reason. I studied many assemblies of products. Received appreciation letter for replacing the planning manager in crisis.
