Preparing the Work instruction, PIS, OPL, OJT, Records Process flow chart for shop floor quality adherence.
Update the morning Meeting/Rejection board daily wise (Red Bin Analysis) Take the corrective and preventive action for control the rejection.
Involvement in Dojo Activity Kaizen & 5 S, 7 QC Tool and Poke –Yoke activities.
