Job Profile:
Responsible for inspection of Parts like as bumper, grill lower & upper, fender, cover engine, trim dash, trim pillar, cover frame left / right, shield etc.
Responsible for incoming Moulding raw materials sample preparation & testing’s (MFI, Ash content, Gloss, colour Specific Gravity etc).
Responsible for incoming reports& Countermeasure reports.
Responsible for new mould trial.
Vendor evaluation & vendor rating on monthly basis.
Internal training to Engineers/Operators
