Joined as a trainee engineer in Plastic Moulding shop and while in successful training, transferred to tool room. During working in Tool Room department following tasks handled:
Process planning for making new moulds and maintenance of moulds.
Co-ordination with designers, senior tool room engineers and mold makers for making and developing of new molds and press tools machining operations.
Involved in development of new products of press tools.
Vendor development.
Procurement of Spares for Moulds.
Synchronizing press shop production with press tool manufacturing for achieving timely production of finished products.
