Customer Support And Processing
* Support of the technical contact person on customer side
Technical Product Specification:
* Coordinate for the exact product specification of the various cable assemblies and harnesses to make sure that production can be effected according to the customer’s requirements.
* Understand and discuss the technical requirements with the customer
* Work out the bills of materials as per the customer specification
* Define proper standard/target times in coordination with the production head
* Specification of the cables and components to be used in the assemblies
* Be the point of contact for technical matters (regarding specification of the product) for the customer
