This Machine is developed for the testing and Assembly of Accelerated Padestal System.The Main Function of Machine is to check the input Voltage, Set the Position of Sensor Cover and Assembled it with the rest part of APS.It is Fully Automated System. We used Pneumatic Cylinders for Clamping, Holding and Connection, Ball Screw, Servo Motor with Linkage for rotation of Sensor Cover, LM Guides in Slideing Applications for reducing the friction, Sensors for proper Functioning and Nut Runner for Screwing.
Functional and Durability Test Machine for Gearbox-
Concept Building, 3D-Modeling, Assembly, Design and Detailing of Manufacturing Components, Bought-out Selection, Drawing Release, Preparation of Bill of Material, Quality Check and Assembly and Installation on vendor site.
This Test Rig is developed for the Endurance Testing of 28HP Gearbox, the Main Parameters to be checked by this Rig are VariableTorque,RPM , Temerature of Gearbox, Vibrations,Lift Load .The duty cycle of Each Sample was 650 Running Hrs. The Size of Rig is 4m x 2.8m,(15 Sub Assemblies of more than 300 parts.) It is an Assembly of Fabricated Base-frame (Structual I-Beam, C-Channal Etc), Machined Components(Spline, Shafts, Couplers, Guides, Bushes, Housings, End-Covers, Brackets Etc), Bought-Outs (Pulley, Belts, Bearings, Tyre Coupling, Universal Joints, Plummer Blocks, loadcells.Sensors Gearbox-Stepup) The Gearbox has One Input (HST) and Five Outputs with variable Torque and rpm, a D.C.Motor with Drive is used to drive the Input Shaft of Gearbox at requried measured Torque with Respect to RPM, That will transmit the power to the PTOs at Different Torque and RPM, We used the Dynamometer for Breaking on each output to measure the Torque Values, Two Pneumatic Cylinders are used to check the lift Load of Gearbox.This Test Rig has succesfully installed and comminisioned at Client End.
TestRig for Real Axel of Car-
3D-Modeling, Assembly, Design and Detailing of Manufacturing / Fabricated Components / structures, Bought-out Selection, Drawing Release, Preparation of Bill of Material, Quality Check and Assembly and Installation on vendor site.
This machine is designed and developed for the Endurance Testing of Rear Axel Aganist Fatigue Loading. This machine can be test all five Loads conditions, Lateral, Longitudenal, Roll Stiffness, Ground, Reaction, Shocks, The Duty cycles for one sample is 3,00,000. Basically, The Rig has a Fabricated Frame with Different Mountings, Bearings, Hydraullic Actuators for applied the Loads on sample, Power Pack, Load cell, Sensors, This has Succesfully comminsioned at Client end.
Automation of Leaf Spring Plant-
Concept Building, 3D-Modeling, Assembly, Design and Detailing of Manufacturing Components, Bought-out Selection, Drawing Release, Preparation of Bill of Material, Quality Check and Assembly and Installation on vendor site.
It is Fully Automated Line of Leaf Strip Development, There are Five Main Operations, Shering, Punching, V-cutting and Grinding. We used Pneumatic Drives, Suction Cups Servo-Stepper motors LM Bushes, Guides, Sensors(Proximity, Ultrasonic, Photo Electric Etc) and other Manufactured Components and Fixtures. It has successfully Installed at Client end.

Family Injection mould For shutter frame- The component material was Polycarbonate with 1.2% shrinkage. Feed system was given more importance so we had given pin gate & modified trapizodial runner. CAD modeling using Unigraphics NX2 for solid modeling surfacing, drafting & core cavity extraction.
Double cavity Injection mould For Locking cap- The component material was P.P. with 1.5% shrinkage. Feed system was given more importance so we had given submarine gate & modified trapizodial runner.

Project Sizing, Material Procurements, Man Power Handling, Layout Preparation Installation and Commissioning
It was the First Project handled by me at ITC Site. It is a Central-Air Condition Plant, (Capacity of 1500TR in 3000sqft Area). There are Two High Capacity Chillers (500TR), Compressors, Coils, Blowers, Ducts etc. Total Duration of this project was 2 Months.

Future Goals

To create to take part in a good work culture and there by to excel in the area of activity by taking up challenging assignments
