Company Profile: One of the leading manufacturers of plastic products like industrial products, automotive parts.
Job Profile:
Ensure smooth and trouble free operation for daily production planning and achieve production targets both qualitatively as well as quantitatively within given time.
Monitor process and quality parameters. Troubleshooting and corrective action wherever required for meet shift production targets .
Data entry of production reports and documentation for making & updating daily production report & also studying and analyzing the daily reports.
Coordinate with RM supply and dispatch logistics for month & reports to production General Manager.
Maintenance coordination for planned and preventive maintenance.
Manpower deployment and planning for leaves and rotation in shifts.
Ensure safety and industrial hygiene in maintenance and production activities.
Initiate proper start up and shut down activities for planned and unplanned shutdowns/start ups.
Ensure proper sampling and quality procedures done Testing as per Standards.
Conduct trials for developments, make and establish punches, die cavities and calibrators for new pipe sizes and pressure classes.
Assist in Utility operations and troubleshooting for achieve quality objective such as monthly production target, reduce scrap generation, stock of scrap, reduce units per kg, reduce cost per kg, increase net effective utilization, and reduce over weight percentage.
Consumables consumption’s record keeping and planning and record maintenance.
Improvement in process and quality performance through systematic evaluation of weaknesses and implementing new plans to address the same.
Rollepaal, Batten field, Kolsite Battenfield, Thyson extruders, Co-extruder Kolsite Battenfield, Auto Mixer for material convey (Fully automation), Vacuum loader’s for material conveying (Holland/China make), Inline printing machine, Auto-Socket machine, Grinder’s Pimco / Harbold etc.

The Management appreciated me for my extraordinary keen interest in my job and improving the work process & give me a chance in our new project There is 60 Nos of PVC / 05 Nos of cPVC / 05 Nos of HDPE / 04 Nos of PPR-C Extruder & other products is running now.
Analyses the standard and actual weight of pipe and revise the standard weight, save the raw material up to 1%.Increase the use of reworked material percentage without affecting quality.

Achievements :-
Commissioning and establish two new PVC pipe extrusion line of 135/28 out-put is 1500 kgs/hr. Set and establish punches and die cavities for all pipe sizes and pressure classes. Also establish and make two layer (Multi layer) Foam pipes in SWR Pipe which inner & outer layer is PVC and middle layer is Foam, which is used for out dower application. Increase net effective utilization.

Future Goals

I would like to pursue my career in an estimated organization, when I can implement my skills, knowledge & intelligence to achieve the organization goals by the way of continuous learning & self-development.
