Job Profile:
Handling the shift as a Shift Incharge.
Responsibility of processing the Raw Material (PET granules, Recycled granules & various additive master batches) into jumbo mother rolls of film.
Raw material handling including (Tipping, conveying, storage, drying and crystallization of material)
Complete process control including (Extrusion, casting unit, pinning, orientation, chemical treatment, corona treatment, recycling)
DCS control and inventory control.
Production scheduling and preventive maintenance of plant.
Maintain maximum production and high quality during shift period.
Change the thickness and grade according to plan.
To maintain all film parameters within specification.
To be responsible for minimizing gauge variation by effective die control.

Process Study of CCR (Continous Catalyst Regenerative) Platforming and it’s advantages over SR (Semi-Regenerative) Platforming.The objective of this project is to show the benefits of using CCR Platforming method in refineries i.e higher octane number of platformate can be achieved by this method. This project also contain comparision between CCR and SR platforming and systematic analysis of CCR platforming.
