Job Responsibilities:
Trouble shooting of various Processing Defects in Various materials Grades for machines and moulds.
Inspecting and maintaining of all ISO Documents in Quality and Production.
Analyze and solved all sort of hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, electronic problems.
Replaced, assemble and set up all types of injection molding machine and pen assembly machine.
Inspecting the daily production reports, In process reports and mould First Off & Last Off reports for machine and mould wise.
To preparing Monthly Activities Reports for plant activities.
Analysis of down time Details of mould and machines and utilization time and also maintenance details of reports.
Analysis of Rejection Percentages of molding, assembly, packing, handling of material and components and Quality Wise etc.
Analysis of man power, machines, materials, power, time managements for a Target Production.
Doing process setting and maintaining the SOP (Standard Operating Parameter)
