Main product includes various types of plastic & sheet metal parts.
My Role: DESIGN OF MOULDS & PRESS TOOLS.
Responsibilities:
Product drawing study, dimensional study, Part modeling and conversion of mmc model . Extraction of core, cavity, sliders, taper cams, electrodes, top down assembly, and creation of all parts in PRO Mold. Detailing of assembly drawing, parts drawing, electrode drawing with drafting in PRO-E Wildfire-3.

Responsibilities:
New mould devlopment & modification according to engineering changes required. Attending a mould trial, troubleshooting during manufacturing process. documentation for mould trial. Assy. & Fitment trial for manufacturing components.

Detail study of product drawing received from customers and making necessary changes in the products according to customer requirement, manufacturing fusibility & from molding point of view. Detailing of all 2d parts with considering GD & T.

Responsibilities:
Manufacturing of Precision Injection molds (include assembly of moulds, spotting on spotting m/c. and guiding for non conventional machining. for Hot runner moulds, insert molding moulds, Rotory moulds, stack moulds etc.)
Modification of moulds as per customers requirement with Reverse Engineering. Troubleshooting during manufacturing process.
Process planning & Electrode planning.
Tryout of plastic products ( thermoplastic injection molded parts on machines like ARBURG universal m/c, L & T DEMAT m/c, WINDSAR m/c, SUMOSMART m/c)
Handling CNC milling, WIRE-CUT, EDM & all conventional machines.
Handling Manpower.
