Company profile: A well organized and sophisticated Tool-room for manufacturing various casting dies, moulds, Press tools and fixtures for automotive Components.
1) Die Casting Die (For Wheel Cover) by using Unigraphics CAD & CAM.
Customer: Hindalco Industries Ltd.
It was a casting component of aluminium I have successfully designed die for that with team work.
CAD modelling: using Unigraphics NX2 for solid modelling with machining allowance and on 0.5mm. Draft.
Responsibility:
Design & Manufacturing in UGNX2, CATIA & AUTOCAD.
In charge of all activities of company functions.
Special project in jigs&fixture, pressure die casting, gravity die casting.
Overall leadership and acting as a drive force for manufacturing of all type of toolings, precision parts suiting to the quality standards cost economy and delivery schedule as per customer requirement.

INDUSTRY DETAILS: ISO-9001: 2000 certified Tool Room established in collaboration between government OF India & GTZ, Germany having sophisticated machines & CAD/CAM facilities.
Major Projects Handled:
I) I have designed a Family Injection mould (For shutter frame) with pin ejection.
Customer: Larsen & Turbo ltd.
The component material was Polycarbonate with 1.2% shrinkage. Feed system was given more importance so we have given pin gate & modified trapezoidal runner. CAD modeling: using Unigraphics NX2 for solid modeling surfacing drafting & core cavity extraction.
ii) I have designed a Double cavity Injection mould (For Locking cap) with valve ejection.
Customer: Varroc Engineering ltd.
The component material was P.P. with 1.5% shrinkage. Feed system was given more importance so we have given submarine gate & modified trapezoidal runner.
CAD modeling: using Unigraphics NX2 for solid modeling surfacing drafting &
Core cavity extraction with .024mm toll.
iii) I have designed a Piercing Press tool (For clutch cover).
Customer: Ceekay Daikin Ltd.
The component material was 1079 EDD. With 3.6 mm. thickness. It was a moving striper press tool with 145 tonnages. For that tool, maximum shut height was 395mm.

I have used CATIA V5 for shape design and for generating punches and Dies.
Production center with latest CNC machines like CNC milling, machining center, lathe, EDM & wire cut etc.
CAD/CAM center equipped with software like UNIGRAPHICS NX2.0, MASTERCAM V9.1, CATIA V5R11, etc
Q.C. department equipped with 3 axes co-ordinates measuring machine (CMM) for digitizing and reverse engineering.
