· Insert Moulding at Helvoet: - Highlighting feature of the project is that by using
the insert moulding, assembly times becomes the shorter and labour cost will
also be less. With insert moulding, molded parts will last longer, more flexibility
in design and lighter in weight.

· Polymer Processing Trouble-Shooting at Precious Plasto: - Project covers major
processing defects that are to be observed due to incorrect setting of
parameters and thus project report is useful as a guideline to overcome such a
defect and correct setting of parameters.

· Plastic Impeller Pumps in Polytechnic: -The highlighting feature of this project is
that, we are familiarized with various polymer materials, process and their
applications. We understood the scope of replacement of various metals by
polymers like in case of impeller pumps.

· Basic Machine Components at Mahavir Plastics: - This project is a guideline for
the various components that are used in the various processing machinery, an
Auxiliary Equipments and a mould.
