Job Responsibilities:
Assisting in day to day working of President Plant.
Preparation of scheduled for daily, weekly and monthly meetings. (Making presentation Slides, minutes of meetings and arrangements)
Preparation of weekly, monthly and quarterly operation reports and sending the same to corporate head office.
Board Meeting Arrangements.
System Authorization for BPS, PRs & AOEs.
Filling, emailing/correspondence (internal and external), follow up for various information/MIS reports etc. For Plant-In-Charge.
Transferring Information / messages taking and giving between all the departments as per instructions of the Plant-In-Charge.
Handling Time Office / Payroll administration
Monitoring employees KRA / performance Appraisal system.
Looking after technical library – receiving various rubber related technical books, maintaining record in the register, circulates the same to technical team for reading.
Accommodation arrangement for all Guests national as well as International.

Joining formalities: Prepare Personal file, welcome notice, Induction program, appointment letter, appointment of mentor, and provide joining Kit and other formalities.
Training: Identify training needs for employee consulting with respective department HOD. Prepare Training Calendar for that financial year and organize training programmers as per Training calendar, Prepare training cards of employee and update employee training records. Training assessment & review.
