Job Profile :
The above mentioned streams of work was learnt and practiced by me in the course of transition activity at the client’s organization in Canada.
There were rigorous training sessions conducted to impart the knowledge I had gained through the transition, the sessions included board room classes, hands on training and many assessments and reviews. The knowledge was transferred to the staff quickly enabling the stabilization of the process smoothly.
Once the process was built and stabilized my responsibilities were driven to supervise and lead the team of twelve, who reported to me directly.
I also took over certain critical responsibilities from the fixed assets team in handling asset ledgers, calculating and accounting for depreciation, asset monitoring and amortization, preparing asset performance of reports and tracking sale / purchase of assets.
In addition to that, I prepare supply chain reconciliations and process journals, prepare P & L / Balance sheet statements and extract region wise income and expenditure statements.

The above mentioned activities were learnt and practiced by me in the course of transition activity at the client’s organization in USA.
Obtained certification from the client as an auditor and trainer in payroll accounting activities. I was involved in training 20 subordinates by way of class room sessions and practical hands on training.
After training and a successful stabilization my role was further extended to contribute as a production agent in processing of payroll claims, travel expenses reimbursement to employees of the client organization and auditing and preparing tax calculations on salaries, benefits and travel claims. The critical tax calculations performed are then to be dispatched to the relevant employees through email.
