Technical Responsible for All the activities of the Factory like achieving optimum production with quality, Preventive & breakdown Maintenance of the whole plant, Raw material & Production planning.
Machines working with:
Injection Moulding Machines: Dr. Boy 80M/90M from Germany,BMB from Italy,OIMA from Italy, SP 80 Windsor and SP130 Windsor from India. FCS HT600 & HT250 for Paint buckets from Taiwan. These machines are producing various types of caps, lids, cups & jars.
Blow Moulding Machines: Magic Blow moulding machines 50 ml to 2 litre capacity from Italy, Akei Blow moulding machines 50 ml to 5 litre, and 100ml PVC machines form Hong Kong.
Injection Streatch Blow moulding : Automa NSB-50 from Italy, for 500 ml PET bottle and Automa NSB-50 from Italy for 750 ml PET bottles.
Film extruders: Kolsite film extruder with output 100 kgs/hr fully automated from India.
Bag Makers: Hemingston bagmakers from Taiwan, Making of various types of LD & LL Polybags etc.,
