• I am looking after RPVC PIPE PLANT with various model of Windsor M/cs Ltd., like KTS-110, KTS170, KTS-200, KTS-250, KTS-350, KTS-450, KTS-550, KTS-700 .
• HDPE Pipe plant like KHD-65G,KHD-90G, KHD -120G,KHD-150G and Higher Output LLDPE tube plant for Drip Irrigation.
• PPR pipe plant like KHD—65 ,WHD – 65G , WHD –90G with higher output application.
• Give successful demo. / continuous production trial at Windsor plant and also at Customer site for various Pipe applications.
• Take active participation in development of DIES, Post extrusion equipment like Vacuum sizing tank, Traction unit, Cutter unit and Tilting unit for operator friendly and make to suit higheroutput.
• Thorough knowledge for processing of RPVC (Twin screw extruder) / HDPE pipe from 20 mm - 500 mm for different application.
• Give successful production trial of PPR pipe from 20 mm to 160 mm at Customer site.
• Took active participation in development for Telephone ducting pipe (silicon) related to design and processing.
• Knowledge of PVC Compounding for commercial and ISI PIPE application.
• Indepth knowledge of Different Plastic Rawmaterial grade for various extrusion and blow moulding application.
• I also look after testing and development of compounding lines (KCE-25,KCE-40, KCE-60) for color masterbatch for Injection moulding and blow moulding products, antifabrilation masterbatch, Blown film masterbatch.
• I have thorough knowledge of ISI/ASTM/DIN testing procedure of RPVC pipe ,HDPE pipe Like Pressure test, reversion test, Impact test, carbon content test, MC test etc.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance as well as routine maintenance of Extruder, die & Post extrusion equipment / Ancillary equipment.
• Thorough knowledge of BlowMoulding M/c for testing like model Digiblow 1/2s, KBM-5, KBM-20, KBM -30, KBM-50, KBM-100 (5LTR TO 100 LTR) with Moog Parison control system and TMC (Total machine control - MOOG) system.
• Knowledge of Processing, Hydraulics, & electronics trouble shooting. Active involvement in developement of KBM-100m/c, FIFO die and TMC Moog system.
• Experience to handle highspeed m/c for smaller size product. Jointly work with Design and Marketing deptt. To develope new m/c hydraulic ckt, elect.ckt.
• Thorogh knowledge of Mould-testing and Design experience for smaller size to big container for different application.Also established at works and at customer site.
• Thorogh knowledge of Electrical Ckt., Reading and faultfinding AC - DC Drive, PID Controller & PLC Ckt.
• Experience of working with world's leading plastic processing m/cs building organization collaborated with Netherlands and Germany.
• I have also exposure of other plants like, Monolayer film Plants, Sheet Plant (HIPS/PP) Knowledge of ISO 9001 related to procedure and documentation.
