Project #1: Reverse Engineering / Assembling, using I-DEAS and Imageware
Description and Scope of Work: This project involves, building the surface model of the automotive vehicle parts form the given .stl file within a given deviation range also involved in the creating vehicle assembly as per client requirements like material thickness direction of the parts, assembly hierarchy and interference check between the parts, etc.,
Till now also dealing with BIW components of NISSAN MOTORS, I have completed so many vehicles using this tool and for doing QC of these components also I worked on I-DEAS.
We have completed so many vehicles of NISSAN MOTORS till now. Some of them are CAYMAN, CHEVY TAHOE, HIACE, LEXUS LS460 and AUDI TT etc.

Project # 2: Conversion of 2D to 3D for TATA MOTORS using CATIA V5
Description and Scope of Work: This project deals with Conversion of 2D to 3D modeling Assembling and 2D drawings of automotive parts like Sheet Metal (BIW) and Casting parts (Power train) for TATA MOTORS as per the standards using CATIA V5,
Using Catia GSD also I have created so many models and those are of TATA MOTORS. Few of them are Cover Plate, Reinforcement L.H. & R.H. etc. And also I have created drawings with complete GD&T details, BOM details, different views and section views for all these components which are modeled according to the vehicle coordinate system. I have experience working on different BIW components of Automobiles and also as a team member I have successfully completed so many vehicles.

Project # 1: Tools Comparisons Project and PRIMS Projects on Auto CAD,
Description and Scope of Work: I specially dealt with PRIMS project in Auto-CAD and also Tool comparison projects. And also I dealt with Power train projects. These are all good projects we have dealt with.

Project # 2: TATA Motors Project on CATIA V5.
Description and Scope of Work: While dealing this project I got good experience with Catia along with my colleagues, first I have created a parametric model in part design for that model I created a drawing and finally it had been assembled. It had been also created a parametric model and it had been assembled according to the vehicle coordinate system and for this part I have created a drawing with complete GD&T details, BOM and also different section views. The Part modeling had been done for this one and assembled. For this one I have created a drawing with different views, GD&T details and BOM details.This is also modeled according to the vehicle basis system. Some of the components are like Brkt-Stabilizer; Frame, Taper Leaf spring-A frt and Shakle Spring etc.

As a Design Engineer in Best Software Engineers (P) Ltd, I worked on contract basis and within that 1 year period I did so many projects on Auto-CAD 2005.
During this one year period I have done so many projects related to different clients. Among those some of the projects are:
Distributor, Bottom End Shield, Elbow Exhaust, etc.
These are all of my good projects in my experience. Iam sure I can say that dealing with all these projects I got a good knowledge of GD&T and drafting related issues.
I single handedly completed this project within the allotted duration.
Project #1: Design of Distributor using Auto-CAD;
Description: The client has given the 2D sheet; there were slight changes in dimensions in the sheet as well as changes in shape, so we revised the sheet as per the client requirement.

Project #2: Design of Bottom End Shield using Auto-CAD;
Description: The project was done in third angle projections representation and detailing of all the parts which includes tolerances and G.D & T symbols, rough smooth ground finish symbols also represented. Machining details also represented in the sheet. In this project all dimensions are represented in ordinate dimension method.

Project #3: Design of Elbow Exhaust using Auto-CAD;
Description: Mainly this is we have received 2D sheet and slight modifications had been done and according to the third angle projections representation, by following Tolerances and GD&T symbols, and by follow
