Destructive method was used for BIW components, and for the power train components CASTING APPROACH was used by building the tool body and subtracting it from the main body to reach the final desired shape parting lines are also maintained for the Casting and molded components. As a team member I was responsible for Glove box Assembly, Trunk lid Assembly, ABC Pillar trims, cluster etc. parts for Modeling, Quality and Delivery with in the scheduled time.
