Presently working with a leading company : an ISO 9001-14001 certified company manufacturing Wall Clocks, Time Pieces, Telephones, Calculators, Wrist Watches, CFL (Energy Saver Lamps), FMCG Products & Home Appliances. The Tool Room is well equipped with advanced CAD/CAM, VMC, EDM and all conventional machines for in-house manufacturing of Injection Moulds, Press Tools, Jigs and Fixtures. In Tool Room a total work team of 60 (Design Engineers, CNC Programmers, Tool Makers, Mould Makers & machine operators) are working in various projects with team work environment for achievement of final target.
Duties & Responsibilities: - Product Design & Development.
Guiding a team of Engineers for Product Design and Design of Moulds & Press Tools.
Design of different types of Moulds for materials like ABS, HIPS, GPPS, PP, PBT, PMMA, POM (Solid Modeling, Extraction of Core/Cavity, Inserts & Electrodes) by using I-DEAS NX & AutoCAD 2005.
Design of different types of Press Tools (Progressive Dies & Compound Dies) for materials like PVC, M.S, S.S, Brass, Aluminum & Copper thickness ranging from 0.20mm to 1.80mm.
Spares planning, Trouble shooting and Vendor development as per requirement.
