Presently working with a leading company : A TS16949 certified company. It is a manufacturer & supplier of Automotive A/C systems and is OEM Supplier to MARUTI & TELCO, Bajaj, Tempo Excel, Honda Siel, and exports to Europe, Africa & Asia.
Job Responsibilities:
1. Primary:
To localize / Develop the components being imported from outside India mainly DENSO- JAPAN, by developing vendor in India.
Area looking after: Casting, Forging, Machining, Sheet Metal, Plastics, and Rubber.
Currently handling components (Compressor Mounting Bracket Hub, Heater Core, Heater pipe, Armature, Control Panel, Gaskets, Tube connector, etc.)
Localisation of Raw Material (Aluminum Ext. Bars)
Localized four components (Bracket condenser, Heater pipe, tube connector, Compressor Mounting Bracket) & Raw Material which lead to a saving of 64.8 lacs per annum.
Santro, Maruti, Telco, Volvo, Telco, after market Projects.
Handling full condenser parts

2. Secondary:
New Product Development (While R-12 to R134a conversion)
