Job Profile:
Currently Supporting BMW-PL7 Radio and climate control assemblies and US instrument cluster Projects, Power Control Modules.
Acting as a Project Lead which involves: Co-ordination with the customer. Study the project & estimate the time & delivery.
Resource management & assigning work to the team & Tracking the project.
Generate the billability report in the end of each month.
Actively working on 3-D Modeling, Detailing, Assembly of Plastic & sheet metal component.
GD&T & Stack-up analysis of new & existing projects.
Project undertaken:
Climate control module & Audio System for BMW and FORD. Instrument Cluster and Power Control Modules for Ford, GM.
Scope of the Project: Design and release of the Instrument Cluster components.
Developing of new product design as per Customer specification. Working with the components to resolve Functional/manufacturing issues. Support manufacturing with the design modifications as required.
The basic components which we have developed during this programme are Mask, Lens, Back plate & Rear Cover for Instrument Cluster Product. We have developed different types of Buttons, Bezel, Housing for Audio and Climate projects.
