Job Profile:
Handling 15 suppliers with following commodities like Castings Ferrous and Non ferrous, Cold Forgings, Machining, Sub Assembly, components, Protective finishes like powder coating, painting etc.
Around 20 laces worth of materials are procured every month. Includes around 100 varieties of components.
Expertly plan and coordinate detailed tasks within quality standards, established deadlines and budgetary requirements.

Procurement of materials in boughtout form, sub contract routing, and sub assemblies.
Procuring nearly 20 lacs worth of material on monthly basis by dealing with 15 suppliers.
Maintaining Inventory within the control limits. ie. With in 15 days.
by doing ABC analysis.
Inventory is maintained by implementation of JIT, kan ban, system on high value items.
Monitoring and controlling the Quality and delivery performance of vendors and appropriate corrective measures are taken on monthly basis.
