Knowing the parameters in reactors, polymerization vessels, scraper condensers, vaccum pumps, all the glycol pumps, Examine the pigment concentration, additive and catalyst purity by concerning the laboratory, check all the heat transfer oil pumps seal leakages sealing liquids, check dealkalised water, soft water, DM water required for the plant, observing all the agitators speed and speed of other variable drives such as cutter, paste pump rotar feeder of PTA etc.Undergoing the shutdown activities such as to remove the traces and layer development in ejectors, vapour lines of polymerisation vessels and reactors, scraper condensers and immersion vessels of polymerisation vessels, coolers and filters of.N2 bowlers, removing waste from over of filter cleaning area.
