Exposure to (DCS System), Go through the production report, shift report, stock of product, check the raw materials such as ethylene glycol purity by concerning the quality control lab. Looking at the production activities and guiding the operators for maintaining specific parameters and giving feed back to the manager and seniors at the shift end. Knowing the parameters in reactors, polymerization vessels, scraper condensers, vaccum pumps, all the glycol pumps, Examine the pigment concentration, additive and catalyst purity by concerning the laboratory, check all the heat transfer oil pumps seal leakages sealing liquids, check dealkalised water, soft water, DM water required for the plant, observing all the agitators speed and speed of other variable drives such as cutter, paste pump rotar feeder of PTA etc.Undergoing the shutdown activities such as to remove the traces and layer development in ejectors, vapour lines of polymerisation vessels and reactors, scraper condensers and immersion vessels of polymerisation vessels, coolers and filters of.N2 bowlers, removing waste from over of filter cleaning area. Provide technical field support to all related jobs in plant. Possess strong analytical and computed skills and ability to perform in depth studies related to workover operations, to undertake Laboratory analysis for process control, treat effluent and sludge and handle other ETP process. Co-operate with and through other organization in implementing prevention base quality system (checking Glycol) provide technical system and expertise in manufacturing and obtain greater process capability and efficiency. To have detailed study of all the running equipments i.e. reactors, column, shank system, magnetic grill, cutter etc.
