Majority of the molds manufactured are incorporated with hot runner systems, Pulse cooling systems & QMC. Few automotive connector molds are vacuum molds. The plastic part accuracy requirement varies from 10-30 microns. Commonly used Hot Runner systems are Dynisco (Synventive), Mold Masters, Fast heat & Ewikon.
