Client: Flak woods (U.K)
Scope of project: -Designed a three-plate mould for fan. It was Injection Mould. Design part Structured in three phases, first phase involves conversion of 2D component drawing into 3D modeling, the second phase 3D Modeling, Assemblies of mold parts & development of detail drawings for shop floor & the final phase involves electrode planning with tool-room people. The work has been carried using IDEAS-9. The size of project was 100hrs.
Client: Multi-Wings (Denmark).
Scope of project: -Designed a single cavity two plate split mould of CAP for them. We designed a complete mold & development of detail drawings for shop floor & the final phase involves electrode planning with tool-room people.
Client: General Motors.
The scope of project was to design and develop a four cavity Injection Mould. This includes complete designing of the mould & development of detail drawings. The work has been done using I-DEAS.The size of the project was 50 hrs.
Client: Flakwoods (U.K)
The scope of project was to develop a four cavity split cum three-plate mould for Flakwoods.
