Description
The gearbox of SRL 254 compressor consists of upper casing and lower casing supporting three shafts of different weights and speeds. The gear and pinions are mounted on the shafts at different center distances; at the end of each shaft impellers of different weights are attached. At each stage different gas pressures are also acting. The modeling and meshing is generated using I-DEAS and the stress analysis is done in ANSYS.
