Company profile : Indian MNC based company manufacturing & exporting wind turbine generator of various Power capacities viz, 600KW, 1.25MW, 1.5MW & 2MW Machines.
Job profile
Provide individually prototype support for all different types of composites rotor blades. Support technically to CAD engineers in making mannuals from structural design report. Take the approval of manual from AERT (aeronautical rotor technique) Holland, & release the document. Give production line details for blade & nacelle mould for all plants. Improved the process of modification of MSW mould by PVC foam instead of glass, so that result obtained good & its a time saving process.
Find out the procedure for profile casting of blades & verify it with actual coordinates of blades. Provide technical support so that non conformity will be reduced.
To increase the root inserts thickness by starting the vacuum reduction system.
Modified the circular stiffener mould as per its fitment. During prototype solve the process related problem so that process will run smoothly. Making templates for glass & PVC foam for mould & prefabs. Then crosscheck in actual mould. After conformation with AERT Start prototype. Training for the technicians before start of new blade projects. Modify Main Shear Web mould (MSW) & PS foam as per the nail height data.
Check moulds & prefabs surface & glass marking & rectify it with tooling people.
After 3 prototype handover the mould to production people. Modify the BOM from actual practice.
