Work Area & Responsibilities
Involved in Production planning, movement of raw materials and finished product. 
Responsible for entire shift operations as production lead. Starting from raw material quality verification to the final stage of production. Also taking care of the shift production targets. 
Attending machinery breakdowns and rectifying faults during production cycle. 
Checking on-line quality of intermediate and finished products. 
Monitoring autoclave pressure and temperature. Approving formula for input of every charges as per customer requirements.
Monitoring utilities like Effluent treatment plant, De-Mineralising Plant and Boiler.
