Duties and Responsibilities:
Tooling cost Estimation, Mould feasibility studying, tooling proposals to customer with 2-3 options.
Tooling Plan and Technical Discussion with customers.
Tool development activities planning.
Tools out-sourcing to registered vendors and cost negotiation with the vendors.
Vendors capability studying, new vendors development and finalization.
Micro Planning of various tooling activities those are very much time bound projects.
Interaction with customers for design reviews at the vendor side and sending updated Tool Progress Charts to customer on every week.
Communicate with internal customers to achieve a greater understanding of external customer requirements.
Attending mould trials and ensuring corrective actions after T0.
Payment follow-up.
