Process Engineer
XPRO INDIA LTD, Faridabad (From Sept 2000 To July 2007) a co-ex Division, a diversified multi- divisional, multi locational Company which is an integral part of India's largest & most reputed Industrial house 'The Birla Group 'Engaged in manufacturing of plastics film like cast poly propylene, stretch film, hygiene film, medical film, LDPE, HDPE, LLDPE based semi - embossed and fully embossed film etc and GP-HIPS, ABS, SHEETS for refregerator inner liner and door liner etc.
Responsible for:-
Production of cast films such as cast poly propylene (lamination, metallizable grade etc) films, semi-embossed and fully embossed (release) film, stretch film, medical film, hygiene film etc as per company standards.
Setting up of all the machine parameters (extrusion temperature, pressure, winding tension etc) & feed recipe for various cast film products.
Solving out all the trouble shootings involved in manufacturing process.
Planning production process, development of new products & conduct new trials for existing and up coming customers.
Minimizing rejection & increase over all efficiency of various cast film products.
Maintaining the quality of the film produced & the perform necessary checks up (like thickness, GSM, sealing , treatment level etc).
Making of daily productions reports & maintaining other production related documents (ISO Documentation ), deployment of work force & training manpower skills .
Co-ordinating with different departments i.e. marketing, maintenance, quality, stores etc for smooth running of plant operation.

Worked with VALMET Engineers in Installation of slitting machine TITAN -SR6, high speed computerized rewinding machine.
Worked with company Engineers in erection of three layer Sheet line FONG- KEE, TAIWAN at M/S XPRO INDIA LTD, PUNE UNIT.
