Job Profile:
Line Reporting and Regular coordination with SHE Manager. Formation of weekly &
monthly SHE compliance reports parallel reporting to Managing Director.
Responsible for guiding & training (Mock of firefighting & evacuation, Induction, Tool box
talks, SHE motivational programs) execution teams for ensuring safety at project site. We
cover presently 0.8 million safe man hours without any incidence.
Responsible for monitoring (audits, surveys, safety statistics) and evaluation (techniques
like Risk Analysis, Job Safety Analysis, HAZOPS etc.) of the SHE performance of
contractors during the projects as per the site rules & project safety plan & contractor SHE
manual.
Authorized to take necessary action, if incase any work will be going on an unsafe way
and communicate to concerned execution engineer/supervisor at site.
Still if the same will not complied by the site engineer/supervisor, have the authority to put
the same matter at the top level management i.e. Director etc.
Authorized to cancel any work permit incase the site execution team fails to comply with
the defined conditions is not met as per Job Safety Analysis and work method statements
