Presently working with a leading CD manufacturing organization. Basically company involved in data storage device like Floppy, CD, DVD. Company has subdivision like CDR, DVD & Jewel Box Production unit. Jewel Box is an ISO 9001-2000 division. They have 46 injection molding machine involve in mass production of 5.4 mm jewel box, slim box 10.4 mm regular jewel box, CD Cake Box other packaging production.

Job Responsibilities:
Responsible for all activity in production shop during shift.
Responsible for manpower utilization.
Responsible for providing Training & Education whenever necessary.
Responsible member of T.P.M. team.
Responsible for maintaining PPM level during shift.
Responsible for process improvement.
Responsible for trails - cost reduction & new molds.
T.P.M. documentation- data collection, why-why analyses, one point lesson.
Responsible for Implementation of kaizen activity (1 kaizen / month / person).
Responsible for generating P.R.R.(Problem , Reporting , Resolution ).
Responsible for maintaining 5S in plant working & good Ergonomics.

Evershine Moulder Ltd. is one of the Evershine Moulders Group Company. It is mainly an injection moulding plant which have 13 PLC Injection moulding machine of CLF Taiwan, Asian Plastic, Taiwan & LG Korea. The machine has Robot control for component ejection.

Responsible for all the activity during production of component in shift.
Responsible for status of mold & spare used in shift.
Preventive maintenance of injection moulding machine.
