Work Experience

Presently working at a leading company as Production Incharge at Daman, Vapi since 2003, it has been largest Manufacturer exporter of school & office stationery from India for the last 20 years. The plant is equipped with Injection Molding M/cs of L&T.

WORKING AREA:
• Involve in the Production & Maintenance planning of the machine (Injection Molding machine & Printing machine).
• Accurate mixing and preparation of raw material with color, master batches, and grinding material, etc.
• Setting all the various processing parameters of machine (L&T, Detech, Demag series), Mafatlal Niigeta.
• Preventive & Breakdown Maintenance of Hot Runner molds, 2 or 3 plate molds, Core Function mold, Runnerless mold.
• Knowledge of plastic raw material like Thermoplastics and Thermoset plastics.
• Try to achieve the target production of every machine according to cycle time.
• Check the Product Quantity & Rejection Quantity with counter read in machine during the production.
• Give the setup approval on achieving acceptable product quality in cycle time.
• Control the percentage of rejection of pieces during the production.
• Keep Accepted / Rejected component in different Container / Bag and identify with Tag Marking.
• Always steady to use the grinding material when required.
• Timely preheating the material according to given standard temperature and duration of time.
• Trial of new molds and materials.
• Maintenance of accessories like Dryer, M.T.C., chiller, Air Compressor, cooling tower, pump, etc.
• To give analytical support to production in Troubleshooting to regularizes the Production Shift & Manpower Handing.
• Solve the Technical & Quality related problem of assemblies and printing department.
• Coordination with various departments like Personal/ Accounts/ Works/ Stores.
• Good in job works and export items.
• Filling the Production and Inspection report.
• Inspection of final packing of the product with its accessories.

As a career point of view, i want to achieve goals specially in injection molding as high productivity with less breakdown and with given time in production with good quality. Try to endeavor the good management which is highly required at present scenario in plastic industry.
