Presently working with a leading company: a QS-9000, ISO-9002 & ISO-14001 Certified Company. It is basically involved in the manufacturing of Automotive Plastic Component for Maruti, Honda, GM. It also manufactures household product component for LGEIL and SAMSUNG INDIA LIMITED.
At present it is having 13 Plastic Injection Moulding Machines (80 ton to 1300 ton ), Assembly lines for LG and SAMSUNG in its shop floor.
Job Profile:
Cost reduction through continuous cycle – up, Set up time reduction & material utilization.
Coordinating all the activities for establishing and implementing ISO/TS 16949: 2002 requirements throughout the department.
Conducting trials of new Moulds and making standard process sheet for production considering total rectification and necessary utilities requirements.
Preparation, implementation and revision of process sheet after any major quality problem or customer claim through simulation trial & preventive action.
Imparting awareness in quality aspects throughout the organization by conducting trainings on QC tools and ISO/TS 16946: 2002.
