Job Profile:
Process setting and remedies of troubles shooting.
Check analyze and solve technical problem occupies at the moulding in the process.
Monitoring the process to optimize productivity with minimum rejection and proper utilization of raw materials.
Responsible for high productivity with the best quality.
Project undertaken for improvement of product quality as per the customer feed back.
Regular inspection of process parameter of running moulds & comparison standard cycle time & running cycle times & its corrective action taken.
Rejection control & rejection analysis with regular basis.
