Planning and execution of preventive maintenance of Injection molding machines and assembly equipment, utilities.
To give training to manufacturing associates of production team to reduce rejection/waste.
Taking various initiatives for line rejection control with the help of SQC Tools and other SQC practice.
HSE audits as per Schedule and motivate peoples to report maximum number of Near Misses.
Implementation of H. O. S. (Honeywell Operating System).
To conduct daily plant performance morning meetings with engineers & line leaders and review dispatch schedules.
To facilitate World class manufacturing methods like Kaizen, kanban, TPM, 5S and Six sigma activities in the production shop floor.
To plan skill enhancement training calendar for associates.
To monitor the production, procurement & dispatch vis-à-vis the original plan.
