Job Profile:
To take hand over from the previous shift In charge than first to know from him how many m/c are currently running their production status (cycle time) & quality status etc.
To plan the work as per daily planning schedule.
Preparation of any mould change in any shift to be started well in advance to minimize the losses of production. Mould change preparation list to be available & to known every shift engineer.
To start the m/c & to handle the trouble shooting & quality problem
As soon as the m/c starts production okay component, call the QA person for checking this as per quality standard.
To maintain practice of communicating by way of writing in log books.
Implementation of 5S & 6-sigma.
SAP entries.

Industrial Training:
After 2nd semester, I worked as a Trainee Engineer with Loktak Plastic Pvt Ltd, Imphal for 5 months.
Working knowledge of Polo Smart Microprocessor Inj. moulding m/c & DGP Windsor (SP-130) Inj. moulding m/c.
