JOB PROFILE
Responsible for all operations carried out in plastic component manufacturing divisions such as parameter setting on CNC injection Moulding machine varying from 30 tonnage to 1300 tonnage with Robot system
Responsible for Production, Quality, Cost, Delivery & Safety
Quality improvements through daily quality meeting, 8D reports, 5-why analysis & QC tools
Attained daily Quality meeting & make action plan against out comes
Internal audit for 5-S, ASES, TBEM, requirement & facing External audit of same
Achieved & maintain Zero PPM at customer end (Ford, L&T, TKML, and GM.)
Trial of different material, moulds & Robot Prog.
Production planning related to mould shop against customer requirement.
Making monthly internal Rejection trends, Pareto chart, Kaizen & capacity utilization,
ASES & other documents
Bring down Rejection%, Down Time, manpower cost against target.
Improvement in productivity with better Quality
Systems follows TS-16949-2002, QS 9001,EMS ISO 14000,TBEM (TATA), ASES (MRL)
Improvement through SMED, KAIZEN, TPM, APQP.PFMEA, QC TOOLS, SIX SIGMA, SUGESSIONSCHEME etc.
Optimum Utilization of Man power, m/c & Resources.
Training to trainees & making skill matrix in mould shop.

Implementation of Transfer Technology from France & Italy
Production planning related to mould shop.
Making Shift reports, scrap note & other documents.
Bring down Rejection% 16.5 % to 2.5% in thermoset component & .68% in thermoplastics.
Improvement in productivity with better Quality
Reduce M/C down time & Break down maint. Through KAIZEN, & TPM (AM)
