Effectively planned, arranged and setup the required infrastructure of Purchasing, Stores, Manpower, Material and other facilities.

Worked in RISOE, National Research Laboratory, Denmark, on studying the influence of glass fiber sizing roughness and thickness with single fiber fragmentation test as Master Thesis for a period of 6 months.
The work included
Extensive studies and investigations of fiber fragmentation for single glass fiber composites were conducted with emphasis on fiber/ matrix interface.
Using single fiber fragmentation test, experimental data were obtained for specimens consisting of sized fibers embedded in epoxy matrix.
The obtained interfacial shear strength can be used in various analysis methods to estimate the mechanical properties of fiber/ matrix interface.
Friction test is also conducted on sized and unsized fiber embedded matrix in order to estimate the friction friction acting between fiber and matrix in a composite. The first fiber break in the single fiber fragmentation test was observed and the distance between the fiber breaks was recorded to plot the curves against the fiber strain. Thus the curves obtained could be compared with curves of finite element analysis for estimating the friction acting between the fiber and the matrix.

Future Goals

Having chosen Engineering stream in mechanical, obviously my intense desire is to excel in the field with diligence and hard work whereby attaining the sheen in my profession, which should be productive to the organization I work with and conscientious job satisfaction to me. The growth in my career is ensured along with the growth of the organization.
