Job Profile
Testing of day today batch and match the products according to the requirements of International Marketing Department. I am operating Two Roll, Single screw Extruder Blow Film Machine, Injection Moulding machine to prepare for testing the pigments in appropriate application and prepare PVC sheets, PP chips etc.,
Responsible to give approval reports of lot samples for Plastic application to execution department before shipment.
Matching counter type samples against the international standards received from Marketing department for Plastic application.
Take test results of Chips & pvc Sheets with the help of Spectro Photometer and decide about product specification etc.,
I have also knowledge about Paint& Ink Deparment.
Apart from these I am producing Pre Dispersed Pigments(granule form) out of Pigment Powders for Plastic/Master batch application in small quantities.
