Documentation, Implementation & certification ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management Systems.
Ensure all process and product parameters on the machine as per Quality control plan to meet customer requirement.
Conduct day to day environmental effect test of Compostable films and analyze compost zone.
Conduct the in process/patrolling inspection to verify the process & product parameters.
Conduct testing, analysis and reporting of product performance criteria based on documented test procedures.
Ensure that all measuring instruments used for inspection process are calibrated time to time.
Prepare the PPAP documents for new products as per customer requirement & also update/modify them periodically.
Handling the customer complaints with appropriate root cause analysis and corrective and preventive action plan and 8D preparation.
