the sag resistance and simultaneously improve the CF value of the car body
Introduced the Medium solids instead of Low solids to improve the Hiding power of
Topcoat Appearance quality and avoid the not hiding problem in interiors
Bilux clear introduced instead of NC clear for improve the interior minor Touchup works
Surfacer sanding mark problem reduced by Base coat DFT optimized by 3 months once one body Base coat (with out clear coat) to be painted for Film thickness inspection and sanding method modified.
Door wide opening problem arrested by stopper introduced in door checker arm area and avoid the Excess door opening during painting and sealer application.
6 months once conducting the Tear Down test for all model and reporting to Executive Director (Production). And improve the weak points and taking the corrective action.
Work standard implemented to all repair area to improve the quality of painted car body
