Quality Assurance:
Minimizing the Inward Quality inspection by implementing the Self Certification process for selected Vendors.
Conducting periodical Quality Audits at Vendors place .& implementing SPC techniques
Conducting quality Training at vendors place
Tool rectification & maintenance of Plastic injection molding and process problems resolving.
Evaluation of New developed Samples & Approvals.
Conducting Final Quality Audit for finished products.(Dock audits)
