Quality Assurance:
A) In process Q.A.
Co-coordinator between Production and Quality control department for manufacturing first time right quality products by continually improving the process and meeting the production targets.
Totally responsible for Inspection and Testing functions of Products at various stages.
Implementing different types of Statistical Quality control Techniques like X charts, R charts, Pareto Analysis, Process Capability study etc. to continually improve existing processes.
Preparing & implementing process flow, PFMEA, Control plans on shop flower.
Preparing & conducting PPAP as per ISO/TS 16949 standard for submission to Customer.
Process qualification & work instructions at different shops.
Hands on experience on delicate instruments like profile projector, Trimos, Vikers Hardness Tester, Rockwell Hardness Tester, air gauges & various other precise measuring instruments.
SPC: Continuously monitoring of Process Capability Status of Various processes (CP, Cpk).
Involved in ISO / TS 16949 documentation work and directly reporting to Management Representative.
Use of 8D tool to solve the quality problems.
Application of 7QC tool on shop floor.
