Company produces domestic & industrial Products for PERFETTI, WINGS PHARMA, PARAS PHARMA, PEPSI, COCA COLA, NYLE HERBAL, SIMCO DABUR McDOWELL CIPLA HLL, CADBURRY, PRIYA GOLD etc. and some own products of Bottels &jars. The Trade Name is PEARLPET. & also two injection moulding M/c (180T & 220T- WELTEC) For manufacturing of all types of cap.

Worked with Vimal Moulders (I) Ltd Gurgaon (HR). It is an ISO –9002 Certified Company. It is fastest growing Plastic processor with battery of CNC operated HI-TECH injection moulding M/cs. CLF range of 80 to 1420T. Company produces own garden furniture & industrial item for SONY, PANASONIC, LG, SAMSUNG, ONIDA, KONKA, LUMAX, etc.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Daily monitoring & conducting of In process, incomming & final inspection as per Q.Plan.
Follow up with Production, Mould room, Packing & purchase Department for corrective & prereventive action.
Issuing and controlling of work instruction.
Maintain all records of Q.C. Department.
Rejection / Defect analysis of inprocess materials.
Customer service whenever required.
Prepration of End Run sheet after unloading of mould and submission of same of
H.O.D. alongwith sample.
Separate record keeping of non-conferming material whenever found & shown to H.O.D. on regular basis.
Clearence of non-conferming material after 100% inspection.
Maintain all test record in their respective shift for incoming inprocess& final inspection.
provide proper communication to next shift officer i.e. writing or verbly to avoid the any kind of misunderstanding.
Any mould trial/starting of new products during shift. The proper test report should be made and samples of all cavities with proper marking should be kept in Q.C. Deptt.
Trial samples should be sent to design department & H.O. within 48 hrs. with Q.C. reports.
Ensure that all material should leave the factory with Q.C. reports whenever applicable.
Pre dispatch inspection as per Q. plan.
To supervise all checking boys who are working under contractor on roll & information to H.O.D., if anybody found negligence towards checking products.
Responsible for implementation of KAIZEN and 5S activity at work place.
Assisting various quality procedure like FMEA, 7 tools, 8D, SPC / MSA etc.
