Panel designing
* Deciding the machine configuration as per requirement. Finalizing of electrical/electronics hardware components such as PLC’s, AC/DC drives, Temperature control system, instruments and field sensors.
* Designing of Electrical control panel layout, switchgear selection, Designing of power and control wiring drawings.
Machine manufacturing
· Effectively use production capacity, equipment, manpower and outside resource through organizing and scheduling to maintain the efficiency and accuracy in panels manufacturing.
Testing of panels and different units of machine
· Programming of AC/DC drives of ABB (ACS400, ACS800, ACS550 Series ), MITSUBISHI (S, E & A Series), Mentor II rating from2.2 Kw to 160 kW.
· Testing of fully computerizes machine using Allen Bradley PLC (MICRO LOGIX & FLEX LOGICS) & MITSUBISHI (FX SERIES) with all the controls on monitor (Versa view).

Erection and commissioning of machine at customer’s end
Resolving malfunctioning of equipment at customer’s end and devising solution for eliminating the same.
