Description : FRP - End Cap
End Cap is the first and front most portion of the rail car. It’s made up of FRP. The project involves the design finalization of the total FRP unit. This includes the finalization of mounting points, force calculations on the front wind shields, routing design for the water inlet of the wiper motor and detail design. G.D&T. The total END CAP is a big assembly having more than 100 parts. The detail drawing for each and every part has been made and final assembly drawing made which is used for the procurement of the assembly.
