Developed Uniform designs for brand wise throughout India.
Developed standards for Opacity of Milk film, Moisture percentage in Pe granules, Master batch.
Down gauging film thickness for better yield (pouches per kg) and with reduction of leakage percentage by conducting trials on different materials from Exxon Mobile, Nova chemicals and Dow chemicals. Reducing wastages by preparing advanced production planning.
Primary and secondary packing system for dispatched rolls changed with improved packing methods and reduced cost of unit packing.
Implementation of bar code system for all dispatched rolls.
