Installed and commissioned state-of-the-art plating shop for Aluminium alloy wheel with facility to plate 12 to 22 dia wheels. The capacity is 0.22 million wheels per annum involving cost of Rs. 30 crores.
Handling the entire fully automated Powder coating and liquid painting plant on Aluminium Alloy wheels.
Deputed to Germany for Project training and chemical validation.
The plant is most modern with MMI (Man Machine Interface) control, Automatic current control, Automatic chemical dosing and online rack stripping.
The plating and Painting quality qualifies for all OE standards. Successfully developed alternate chemical and process saving 0.6 million dollars per annum.
Developed in-house facility for primary jigs and platinized Niobium clad secondary jigs and it is working successfully.
Developed full-fledged Laboratory for process control and product quality checking.
